Golden Paw Pet Boutique was founded be Jena and Andrew Carbal. They had a love for pets and a passion to serve the community with something that was not there. They opened Golden Paw Pet Boutique in July 2016. After having a successful run and meeting many pet owners in town they had to move which they faced the difficult decision to close. We met with them and decided that we would take over and buy Golden Paw from them. So here is our story.

 

 

 

First let me introduce ourselves. I am Kelly and my husband is Abraham. Abraham's background is in drafting and design and my background is in health care management. I grew up with many different animals. My mom never said no to us when we brought home a new pet. We even brought home iguanas, snakes, lizards, rats, mice and more. It is safe to say I love animals. Abraham and I have 2 mastiffs. Zoey is our big girl she is an English Mastiff and weighs in at 130lbs. Goliath is our protector and he weighs in at 120lbs. We also have a little mouse named Coco. We had been customers to Golden Paw Pet Boutique and when we found out it was closing, we joked about buying it. Then instead of just talking about it we met with Jena and Andrew and decided to take the leap. We bought the store from them in February 2019 and opened March 1st fora soft open. We then opened fully on March 18th. It has been so wonderful to meet some of the wonderful pet owners we have in town and even their pets.

Abraham and I are still keeping our other full-time jobs, so we have a family friend in the store Monday through Friday and we are in the store on Saturday. We hope to keep this unique boutique going and be able to serve the pet families for many years. We are working on delivery and online ordering.
